Sheiner Group is a Montreal based, privately held real estate investment organization. Established in 1976, Sheiner Group specializes in the acquisition and development of multi- family residential and retirement communities, as well as commercial real estate assets throughout the United States and Canada.

The company’s vision and flexibility combined with its internal infrastructure and private financial strength allows it to capitalize quickly on medium and large scale opportunities, absent of bureaucracy or delay producing substantial returns for themselves and their investors.
Our History
1970s
Began partaking in real estate opportunities through a series of successful joint ventures with an arm of the Canadian Government and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
1980s
Sheiner Group invests in commercial properties and partakes in joint venture activities with financial institutions and universities.
1990s
Establishes the Local Partnership Program “LLP” which resulted in the acquisition of a large portfolio of multi-family residential projects in the United States with local managing partners.
2000s
Sheiner Group virtually exited the U.S. real estate landscape prior to the 2008 recession by disposing of the portfolio at or near the peak of the market.
2010s
Following the U.S. real estate crash, Sheiner Group launched its new brand, Living Well Homes, once again capitalizing upon its real estate acumen by building a large portfolio of for rent single-family homes and apartment communities, principally located in Arizona, as well as North and South Carolina. To date, Sheiner Group has managed three successful real estate investment funds, generating substantial returns for their investors. The Group continues to expand its portfolio through new investment and development opportunities while examining potential acquisitions in promising emerging markets.
