The safeguarding of personal information is paramount to the organization, and the Policy concerning the Protection of Personal Information strives to detail all safety and compliance requirements associated with accessing, storing and use of personal information. Non-personally identifiable information is sometimes collected automatically by visiting our website or through your browser or devices. The accessing and use of said information is strictly to enhance the functionality of our online offerings.

 

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers to perform specific tasks on our behalf, such as managing and maintaining our website, databases, or other business-related operations. These providers are obligated to protect your personal information, keep it confidential, and comply with our Privacy Policy. At any time, an individual with information collected by The Organization can request access to said information, be able to request a correction to any inaccuracies with the information, and under certain conditions be able to withdraw consent or request de-indexing of links to personal information; by contacting the Privacy Officer as noted further below.
